Customer Care Policy

1. Selection, Installation & Maintenenance of portable fire extinguishers to BS 5306 Parts 3 & 8.

2. Certified engineers with correct tools and equipment who will call on a regular basis to
inspect and report on your fire fighting equipment.

3. Training in fire safety and correct use of fire equipment.

4. Assistance to help you with a Fire Risk Assessment of your premises in accordance with
Fire Precautions (Workplace Regulations 1997 (as amended).

5. UK Manufactured Fire Equipment with a 5-year guarantee against any defects providing
they are covered at all times by a current service agreement with Atlas Fire Protection Ltd.

6. Our Service Fee covers the annual inspection and report and all other non service visits,
requested by you (parts supplied not included).

7. We provide Ł2 Million (including efficacy) Indemnity Insurance cover, Ł10 Million Employers
Liability.

8. Membership of the UK’s leading fire trade association The British Fire Consortium ensures
